General Fitness
Bootcamp
Bootcamp is circuit style training with a combination of HIIT style workouts and strength training. We address full body fitness and focus on building muscle and keeping your heart rate elevated for about 45 minutes of hard work in between a warmup and stretch. The goal is to challenge you, but still have a class that is accessible to all levels of fitness through changes in weights, progressions, and regressions of the exercises.

This individual circuit based class combines cardio and strength movements that will challenge you. Using body weight and functional exercises, it will help you build muscular strength and endurance. All fitness levels are welcome.
Extreme HIIT Chaos
Extreme HIIT Chaos is a program focused on cardio driven movement and weight loss that also provides the option to build muscle, increase balance, and strengthen core.Chaos includes variants in exercise selection from a base move as well as variations in work to rest ratios. Appropriate for all fitness levels.
BoxFit
This class mixes up intervals of shadow boxing and bodyweight exercises for a full body workout that will help improve strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination, and balance. This class is fierce, fun, and appropriate for all fitness levels.
Tabata
A HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) total body workout that focuses on lower body, upper body, and core, providing both cardio and strength in only 30 minutes.
BodySculpt
In this 60 minute High Intensity Interval Training class a designated strength exercise is followed by a heart pumping cardio blast ending with an active recovery - repeat. This class implements a variety of body weight and dumbbell exercises.

Kickboxing (2024)
Join us in our non-combative, beginner friendly kickboxing class. This class combines explosive movements, cardiovascular training, mobility and balance, to create a fun approach to exercise. Ready to "kick" this workout's butt!?
SC4
SC4 was developed by our founder, Sheena Temple, with the intention to bring the personal training intentionality to the group fitness environment. The class includes intervals made up of both Strength & Cardio movements; each movement has a progression and regression in order to meet any fitness level!
Building Balance
The goal of Building Balance is to build upon the fundamental strength and connection in our bodies that make up our balance. Balance is more that just standing on one foot or walking a tightrope; it's awareness, longevity, and it's fun! Come join Steven in Building Balance for functional strength and mobility training, and fun, hysterical games that will make you forget that you were working out!
Seniors Options
Super Seniors
Freedom of effortless movement through targeted training methods using exercises that focus on building total body strength with an emphasis on improving balance, stability, and flexibility. Some of the benefits of strength training include improved bone density and increased balance, which help contribute to greater ease in performing everyday tasks and greater overall quality of life!
Tai Chi
Tai Chi improves muscle strength, flexibility, balance, and, to a lesser degree, aerobic conditioning. Tai Chi is known to reduce fall risk, as well as strengthening muscles in the legs, leading to more stable and flexible ankles. It can also improve core strength, reducing back pain.
Yoga, Pilates, & Mobility
Mixed Level Yoga
A class appropriate for all levels. Incorporates both basic postures and more advanced options. Focusing on holding poses for a certain amount of time to ensure proper alignment with breathing techniques. Aimed towards building strength and stamina in the body and the mind. Beginners welcome!
Mat Pilates (Mixed Level)
Pilates is a body conditioning routine geared towards building flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, and developing a strong core or center, and improving coordination and balance. Each exercise may be modified in a range of difficulty from beginning to advanced. Intensity can be increased over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises. Beginners welcome!
